In addition, I had two useful conversations with people at your office: one with a very knowledgeable representative who answered all my questions and took my order, and one with a person who reassured me that my cover had been shipped on time, and also what to expect when it arrived. I know this kind of workmanlike service should not surprise me, but it does. I only wish all my transactions were so successful.

I recently ordered a custom spa cover from Spa Covers ASAP because I was impressed with their prices which beat local prices even after paying the freight charge! Spa Covers ASAP promptly answered my many e-mails regarding foam density, custom sizing, and custom skirting and I felt very comfortable in placing my order because it was obvious that they were as concerned as I was that my new cover would be 'just right'.

They provided continuing e-mail updates during the construction and within their promised time frame, I was notified that my cover was ready to ship. They continued to coordinate with me, advising me of the location and phone number for the freight company and delivery was as scheduled.

The day my spa cover arrived at my house could well have been the beginning of any customer's worst nightmare. During shipping, the cover packaging had evidently been punctured and upon opening, there was a small 2-inch tear in the solar lining. Although the cover was essentially undamaged and many companies would have refused return, Spa Covers ASAP responded immediately and asked me to refuse delivery and return the cover to them. Pleasantly surprised, I returned the cover and anticipated several weeks before receiving a replacement.

I underestimated their customer service and production processing! As before, Spa Covers ASAP continually updated me regarding the status of my order and within a week following delivery refusal, I was advised the my cover was on the way. The freight company delivered an undamaged package and when opened, the cover was in perfect shape.

When placed on my spa, the cover fit perfectly!! In the past, a variety of "custom" spa covers had either been too large, too small, or the fit was unsatisfactory because of poorly trimmed skirting. The Spa Covers ASAP cover was perfect in all respects. The quality workmanship was obvious in the stitching and excellent fit of the cover over the foam core. I was finally a most satisfied customer and I know exactly where I will purchase my next cover and my friends have seen and agreed that Spa Covers ASAP will certainly receive their next orders too.
